Coconut Banana 'Ice Cream'

- 1 large banana
- 3 teaspoons Nikki’s Coconut Butter, flavor of choice
- Simply, slice the banana and place on a plate overnight in the freezer.
- Put the frozen banana slices and coconut butter into the bowl of a food processor.
- Mix until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Serve and eat immediately. ENJOY!
